About Me:
I am a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Australia. I have been practising in the area of family law since 1985. I established my own boutique practice in 1996 in order to provide high quality professional service in the area of family law.
I am very pasionate about family law. I am a published author in this area of law and have presented papers at numerous local, national and international family law conferences. I have also recently mentored in The College of Law Victoria.
I take my role as an Ambassador for the White Ribbon Organisation in its campaign to end violence towards women very seriously. It is an honour to be entrusted with the responsibility of getting the message out there that violence towards women in every form is WRONG!!!
I have a special interest in international family law. I am currently an Associate Member of the American Bar Association and a former member of the Canadian Bar Association. I am happy to accept work/referrals in all areas of international family law. I have a particular interest in the law relating to the relocation of children following marriage breakdown/divorce.
